Three different things, often confused
Clients often ask for “an app” when what they need is a management system. Or ask for a management system when a platform they could resell would serve them better. Here is the difference.
Web App for the phone
It opens from a link, you add it to the phone's home screen, and from then on it behaves like an application: its own icon, full screen, working even when the connection comes and goes.

An app from a store is genuinely needed in few cases: when you need deep phone features, or when you want to be inside the store so people find you there. If that is your case I will say so, and point you to someone who builds them.

Maintenance
A living program has to be kept standing: updates, checks, small jobs. Roughly €700–2.000 a month for a platform, much less for a single web app.
How it is paid
In blocks, as the parts become ready and you have tried them. Usually one share at the start, one halfway and one on delivery.
Always outside the price: servers and cloud, software licences, paid third-party services, native apps to publish on the stores, hardware, photo and video services, and client acquisition. Those are your own direct costs, with no mark-up from us.

How it works: a fix is up to half an hour of work on something that already exists. New parts get their own quote, and we always tell you before starting. The exact price is set together once the program is ready: it depends on how big it is and how many people use it.
Questions I always get
Who owns the program when it is finished?
You do. You pay for the work and the result is yours: code, data, service accounts. If one day you want to take it to someone else, I hand it over and I do not hold you hostage.
How long does it take?
The demo in one or two weeks. A single web app a few weeks. A complete management system two or three months. A SaaS platform from three to eight months. It depends above all on how quickly your answers and materials arrive: that is what stretches the timeline, not the work.
And if halfway through I want to change something?
It always happens, and it is normal: using the first parts gives you better ideas. That is why it is built in blocks. Changes inside what we had agreed are included; if a request changes the scope I tell you straight away, with what it costs and how much it moves the dates, before touching it.
Can I start small and grow later?
That is the route I recommend. We start from the piece that wastes most of your time today, you really use it for a few weeks, and then we add the rest knowing what is actually needed instead of imagining it.
Do you only work with people nearby?
No, the work is entirely online, in Italian and in English. We are in the south of Rome but our clients are all over Italy and abroad too.
